Ali Barkhordar has spent more than two decades in commercial finance. His work centers on commercial receivables and merchant cash advance participations. That conviction shapes how the firm operates. Ultimate Business Capital acquires participations in performing commercial receivables from licensed funders, weighing duration, renewal history, and revenue consistency. The approach is cash-flow first, and the firm holds each position in its own name rather than lending to or transacting with the merchant.
He is also the founder of Vectus Funding, a commercial finance brokerage in Sheridan, Wyoming and a subsidiary of Ultimate Business Capital. Through Vectus, he helps business owners nationwide secure working capital, merchant cash advances, and layered capital suited to their revenue and stage of growth, applying the same hands-on underwriting that has guided his work from the start.
